Payments, delivery and disputes

How it works

  1. 1. Browse listings (free)

    Browse listings here on the website, then buy and sell in the app, where you can filter by species, distance, condition and price.

  2. 2. Pay through the app

    Stripe Connect processes the payment. Funds are held before payout, subject to the marketplace's delivery and release rules.

  3. 3. Receive your gear, release funds

    Confirm receipt when the tackle arrives. Funds can also release automatically after the delivery or shipping time limits in the marketplace terms if no problem is reported. An 8% platform fee is deducted from the seller's payout.

  4. 4. Problem? Open a dispute

    If gear doesn't arrive or is significantly not as described, report it in the app before funds release. An open report pauses payout. Refunds depend on the outcome of the claim, and a return may be required.
