GilledIt works fully offline. Catches log to local storage and sync when you've got signal.
Your catches are private by default. You choose if and when to share to the feed. Spot pins are fuzzed by default, too.
We don't background-track. Sensors only fire when you tap to log. A typical session adds about 2% battery.
Yes. GilledIt logs all common US saltwater species with the weather captured at the moment of the catch. Tide overlays aren't in the app yet, but they're planned.
